About Us
No vacation to the Yellowstone National Park or Grand Teton National Park region is complete without an adventure into the wild at Yellowstone Bear World, a drive-thru wildlife park. During your visit you will be surrounded by the free-roaming wildlife of North America as you drive your personal vehicle through the park.
Wildlife you will see includes Rocky Mountain Elk, Bison, White-tail Deer, Mule Deer, Rocky Mountain Goats, and of course American Black Bear and Grizzly Bear. Remember to visit our petting zoo, enjoy the amusement rides, dine at the Hungry Bear Cafe, and explore the animatronic dinosaurs in Jurassic Creek! Located 5 miles south of Rexburg, Idaho on US HWY 20 we are easily accessible from both Jackson Hole, Wyoming and West Yellowstone, Montana. (see map) When you visit this beautiful region don’t miss Idaho’s #1 wildlife attraction, Yellowstone Bear World.
What Our Customers Say
Kyle Mika2025-06-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a great little break from a road trip. I love bears and seeing them this close was really fun. Highly recommend going and seeing the gift shop alongside the baby bears. They are super cute as well. We also had huckleberry ice cream that was really really good. But I’m excited to come back and see more bears! Nicole Powell2025-06-26Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely worth every penny! I’ve loved Yellowstone Bear World ever since I was a kid, and it’s still just as magical. You drive through with your windows up and get to see all the bears—both big and small—doing their thing right up close. It’s such a cool and unique experience to be that near to them from the safety of your car. After the drive-thru, there’s a cute gift shop and some additional activities. If you plan to do the baby bear encounter, make sure to purchase those tickets in advance—they often sell out! I’ve been lucky enough to go a few times, and while the experience has changed a little over the years (you used to be able to hold or stand right next to the cubs as they were bottle-fed), it’s still a blast. This time, the kids fed the baby bears from behind a fence, which wasn’t quite as hands-on but still really fun and memorable. If you’re anywhere near the area, Yellowstone Bear World is 100% worth checking out—especially if you have kids or just love wildlife. Holly Roberts2025-06-25Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We spent a lot of time here and I love that they address the dinosaur park since the last time we've come. The little kids love the rides and really everything else! Heather Bayles2025-06-24Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love bear world! It’s fair priced for how much you can do and see! I love that you can drive thru the tour multiple times! The rides are simple but kids love them! Eva Ng2025-06-23Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Get to see grizzly and black bears and baby cub inside the park. There is also a petting Zoo and some rides. Good to spend at least half a day here especially with younger ones Javier Fonseca2025-06-23Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing place to take the family.
