The VIP Cub Encounter is a private, family-friendly experience designed to create unforgettable memories.
This one-hour experience is reserved exclusively for your group of up to 15 guests, giving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the moment together.
Meet our bear cubs up close and learn about their unique personalities and early development. Some cubs are playful and curious, others are more laid-back—no two encounters are ever the same.
Our animal care team is with you the entire time to guide interactions and ensure a safe, respectful experience for both guests and cubs.

TIPS TO KNOW
